FLOWERS !! march addendum

i just remembered that this year i had a humongous surprise for my birthday. there were six members of the family around one round table at a very fine cambridge restaurant: christine, luc, marc, karen, elie and myself. and i really had no clue that the americans had flewn in and everyone talking to me before that managed to not lapse . . . . it was lovely to have them over for a cup of tea. any time again !

my mum got me flowers which i placed in a vase given by a cambridge friend of mine.

i can only agree with that as i am currently being horribly distracted by having internet access at uni. i *should* be doing 'more important' things, but everyone sets his/her priorities differently, don't they ? so here i go writing my blog during my paid hours . . . . .

i went to cologne in april to visit my dear and long friend patrick. i could not resist but take him on top of the dome and enjoy the fantastic view up there. but i only have a picture from an art exhibition from the top . . . . .
